With their one-on-one meeting style, most of the pre-screening process is taken care of. While you still have the ability to select your own prospects, their screening process handles 99% of this, allowing you time before the show to do an in-depth study of the prospects that have been pre-selected for you. These two to three day events allow you to meet with 20-40 potential prospects at one location, thus saving 10-15 times the amount of money and time that a company would spend traveling to see the same number of prospects. Not to mention the time that would be required setting up these meetings, scheduling the air fare or road trips, hotel rooms, meals, etc.
The ECRM events, in my opinion, are far superior to the typical trade-show venue. Lead generation, based on previous trade-show experiences, is easily 5 times more effective through ECRM for the same travel expenses and time."
