How It Works
MarketGate software facilitates preparation, presentation, review and execution of programs.
Before EPPSECRM preschedules meetings according to buyer responsibility. An ECRM team leader reviews process and software with each participant individually. At EPPSSuppliers are provided their own private display room where the meetings take place. Retailers and suppliers are given ipads or tablet computers which may be used to take notes and email recaps to those responsible for follow up. Accommodations and Travel - ECRM will cover your hotel accommodations. Reservations are booked by ECRM upon receipt of registration
- ECRM provides meals and entertainment for the duration of the event.
- ECRM provides ground transportation to and from the event hotel.
- ECRM will cover your airfare. Our travel agents will contact you to arrange your air transportation.

| What will it Cost ?There are no buyer registration fees associated with attending the eventECRM will cover expenses for buyer attendees. Each buyer attendee will receive a 1 year MarketGate Premium License.
Gary Boehler, Thrifty White Drug Stores, Inc. said: “During a recession, it is even more imperative to look for efficiencies, revenue streams, and ways to reduce expenses. By coordinating meetings for us with a great selection of vendors, ECRM helps us do all of those things. We are busy for the entire time we are at an ECRM conference, maximizing our time out of the office. The format allows for us to meet with all the vendors in a timely matter. The Pharmacy Services, Technology and Automation EPPS exposed us to new automation devices and technological efficiencies, both of which we use to increase our revenue and improve our business processes.”

For a minimal time investment you can do an entire product line review, meet with key vendors, and set follow up for desired items. We are currently in the middle of a couple of RFP processes with technology and this event allowed me to meet with multiple vendors, some of which we would not have previously considered. We were able to drill down on a current vendor contract. As a result of the meeting, the vendor came on site and presented about additional features we had available today that we were not aware of. Also, as a result of the meeting and subsequent follow-up, we are expanding our relationship with this vendor, who may have been replaced otherwise. ECRM’s format allows me to meet one-on-one with multiple vendors in an efficient, organized setting, rather than competing with others for 5 minutes time at other trade shows. This is a very competitive economy. While we feel we have a strong customer base, we have to do everything we can to maximize ROI and time spent with vendors. We were able to fit multiple goals into this meeting to help drive margin and reduce expenses and help our overall bottom line. We are trying to drive multiple projects at once to maximize the margins in our stores and this meeting’s format facilitates achievement of those goals. ECRM has helped facilitate key contract and vendor discussions, making our time at the event worthwhile and extremely valuable.”

Buyers and suppliers have pre-scheduled, one-on-one 10-minute appointments to review new items, promotions and other opportunities within their category focus.
