Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing (ECRM) has created an exciting new service for its supplier partners - for a nominal per item fee, suppliers can leverage ECRM’s superior product imaging expertise for creating high quality product images instead of consuming valuable internal resources or relying on expensive third-party providers.

Item Images and Fees
For a $75 Standard Package per item processing fee, ECRM will provide both high and low resolution images suitable for use in our Product Catalog and other online resources or printed materials. Both Front Facing and Angled images are included in the standard package to maximize product exposure and to provide an ideal planogram view. If additional images or custom resolutions, formats, etc are required, additional fees may apply.

Processing Time and Shipping
After we receive your sample items and ECRM Imaging Request Form, turn-around time is determined by the number of items provided to us and our current workload. Items are processed continuously on a first come first served basis and standard jobs typically require 7 -10 business days to process. Suppliers are responsible for all expenses incurred for shipping items to ECRM and, unless special arrangements are made, items will not be returned to the supplier.
